Frequently Asked Questions

What are your business hours?

We offer public classes during evenings & weekends, to make first aid training accessible to everyone.

Additionally, we can provide training at your workplace, home or chosen venue during normal business hours. However, if your business requires out of hours training we’re happy to accomodate where possible.

How do I book a first aid training session?

Booking is easy!

If the available dates don’t suit you, or if you’d like us to provide private first aid training at your home or workplace, email us at info@firstaidhub.com.au or complete the booking enquiry form on our website.

Do you offer face-to-face courses?

Yes! While our online theory combined with a face-to-face practical session is the most popular choice, we also offer in-person courses that cover both theory and practical components.

If this is something that you are looking for then get in contact to find out about pricing and scheduling.

What happens after we book?

Once you’ve booked and enrolled into a course, you’ll gain immediate access to the online theory component. This allows you to complete it at your own pace before attending the practical, face to face session.

If we didn't answer your question here, send us an email at info@firstaidhub.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

How do I access my pre-course work?

After enrolling, you’ll receive an email from Training Desk (our learning platform) with instructions to access your pre-course work.

If you cant find the email you can also log in directly at

www.trainingdesk.com.au

How do I access my certificate?

Once you've completed your course and the trainer has processed your results, you should receive an email from the training desk. If you haven't received it, check your junk mail! Alternatively, you can access your certificate anytime by finding your course on the training desk platform and clicking ‘download certificate’.

How long is my first aid certificate valid for?

The following units are valid for 3 years, but the CPR component needs to be renewed annually to keep the certification current. Fortunately, you can complete the CPR renewal as a standalone unit!
