Our Story
Hi, My name is Steph! I founded First Aid Hub after witnessing firsthand the life-saving impact of first aid as a paramedic. Often, bystanders at emergency scenes would ask me if the first aid they provided was correct or what they should have done differently. This made me realise that many people lack confidence in these critical moments. I don’t want anyone to doubt themselves or fear making mistakes. That’s why I started this company—to share my expertise and empower individuals to act confidently. Through our first aid classes, I hope to provide the necessary guidance and support so that everyone can feel equipped to handle any emergency situation with confidence!

At First Aid Hub, our mission is to empower people from all walks of life with the skills and confidence to provide effective first aid when it matters most. We proudly train those working in education and childcare, aged care, hospitality, fitness, and beyond – because we believe everyone has the potential to save a life.
We foster a supportive and patient learning environment, where small, semi-private classes allow us to give each participant the time, attention, and feedback they need. By combining practical skills with personalised guidance, we ensure every learner leaves feeling prepared and confident to act in an emergency.
